But we weren’t always industry leaders. Like many great startups, our story began with three founders launching a business from a humble back bedroom in 1999. Since then, we’ve been acquired by Sky (in 2007), by CVC (in 2015) and most recently, by The Stars Group (in 2018). Our latest ownership creates an exciting new chapter for us, as we meet the challenge of being part of the worlds’ largest listed gaming business.
We’ve come a long way, in every sense of the word. We moved into our oddschecker office in Hammersmith in 2015 as 47-strong team, and there’s now over 100 of us split into a number of squads aligned to our core business areas. This means our teams work end-to-end, taking ownership of products and directly influencing their success, and delivering client brand awareness and acquisition for bookmakers. All powered by the latest cutting-edge technology.
The bottom line is that the UK online gambling industry is one of the fastest-growing and technologically innovative sectors.

oddschecker - A core part of the sports betting industry since 1999, the oddschecker website is available on desktop and mobile, and is the place to be for up-to-date odds, tips and trends, and best value bets for our customers. In 2015, we expanded our reach to Italy, Spain, Germany and Australia. After spending time researching betting culture in those territories, we launched with local teams who have a wealth of knowledge in the industry and who are currently growing our presence.
Our Apps – When it comes to client brand awareness and acquisition for bookmakers, our iOS and Android app has been a transformational product that has changed the way our customers bet with us.
OC Connect - Our B2B product for publishers and bookmaker partners leverages our place in the industry to provide valuable insight and give our customers better ways to bet.
