We’ve designed our recruitment process to help us get to know you – and to give you loads of insight into what it’s like to work here, too.
It varies a little depending on the role you’re applying for, but you can expect one of our recruitment team to guide you from start to finish, and make sure that you have everything you need to prepare as best you can.
We might also invite you to visit our Hammersmith hub where you’ll get to meet some of the team. Everyone has an interesting story to tell about how their career has developed (not to mention some favourite Oddschecker moments) so don’t be afraid to ask lots of questions when you’re here.
So, what are we looking for right now? Qualities and behaviours are incredibly important to us, so we’ll expect you to demonstrate:

- A high appetite and aptitude to develop
