What you’ll do as an Executive Assistant & Project Manager
As an Executive Assistant & Project Manager, you will be responsible for the calendar management of the Chief Executive Officer, and support the Executive Team with travel management and ad hoc requests.
An integral part of your role is the oversight of all global presentations to ensure documents are on brand and incorporate one voice and professional style. You will furthermore support the Executive Team with Project Management tasks.
Important responsibilities as Executive Assistant & Project Manager include but are not limited to:
- Calendar and travel management for the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Team
- Organise business and board meetings for the Chief Executive Officer
- Oversee the creation of business presentations globally, including review, amendment and preparation
- Manage the timelines for agile projects such as squad meetings and sprints, to ensure teams are working towards set timeframes
- Organise sprint review meetings for the Executive Team
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day queries on behalf of the CEO
- Support the Executive Team with ad hoc requests
- Administrative tasks for the Executive Team as required
What it takes to join the team
- Previous experience of minimum 5 years as an Executive Assistant to multiple stakeholders across a business
- Proven history managing schedules for complex projects according to outlined project scope and working within a set budget
- Trained on creating professional PowerPoint presentations
- Excellent time-management skills, effectively prioritising workload and multitasking efficiently
- Ability to build trustworthy relationships within the organisation
