Senior Performance Manager
Following Oddschecker signing an agreement with Italy’s leading media partner, we are looking to hire a Senior Performance Manager to come in and make sure that this business is a success.
What you’ll do as Senior Performance Manager
This role will play a key role in making sure that our partnership is a success. You will be the driving force behind the performance of our KPIs; ensuring that all aspects of the project work together. You must be a team player that’s great at building relationships. You will analyse data and trends and highlight risks and opportunities to internal and external stakeholders. Once you’ve highlighted these risks/opportunities you will have the drive and impact to make sure that the best course of action is taken and followed through.
Senior Performance Manager main responsibilities
- Be the point of contact for all aspects of this partnership both internally and externally and coordinate all stakeholders
- Prepare reports and analyse the data in order to track performance against KPIs
- Work with stakeholders to come up with actions to reduce risk and maximise opportunities.
- Drive these actions through to ensure that we achieve success
- Proactively work with our partner to ensure that the partnership is working to it’s maximal potential and that they’re delighted with the progress
- Clearly communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external clients
Desired skills & experience
- Fluent in Italian and an advanced level of English is required
- Experience in working in a digital business is essential
- Knowledge and passion for sports betting is essential
- Highly Analytical with the ability to look at data and spot trends
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing and performance
- Understanding of business KPIs and experience in taking actions that have impacted those KPIs
- Efficient planning skills, both internally and externally
