Here at Oddschecker, we’ve built our business on technology. It’s world class. It’s cutting edge. It’s disruptive. It’s the way we work.
Join us and you’ll discover an environment where every part of our software runs in a container. Where our tools and stack continually flex to include Google’s Cloud Platform, React, Node.js, Kubernetes, Java, and much more. Where our product focused squads work with real time sports betting data to solve problems in the most innovative way possible.
It’s all about taking a technology-first approach to every idea, every solution, and every process. Which means our tech roles really are where the action is.
Our Software Engineers play a vital role, building the software and platforms that help our business deliver results. Day to day, they work across different teams and codebases, creating tested, scalable and well-written containerised software across a stack that includes RESTful microservices, TDD, distributed systems and Pub/Sub messaging platforms, and both NoSQL and SQL data storage.
Our QA Engineers are a key part of our agile delivery approach. With a passion for quality, and experience of working across multiple platforms, they’re responsible for maintaining quality of the software we ship, driving automation and keeping our Continuous Delivery pipelines ticking over.
Our Site Reliability Engineers are the people who know about problems before they happen, and then build their own tools to fix them. They know their way around any Linux distro, they know when to use cloud based tech, and they have backgrounds in everything from networking, load balancing and routing, CI pipelines, Kubernetes, Docker and more
